Do your products contain tree nuts?

Please note that currently most of our products contain TREE NUTS. 

People with a history of severe anaphylactic-type reaction to any of our ingredients listed in any of our products, should not buy and/or use our products.


Are your products sensitive to people with allergies?

Rodina Botanicals is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient in our products. Each of our products lists the individual ingredients. People, who are sensitive or allergic to any particular ingredient listed on our product labels and our website, should not use the product. If any irritation or adverse reaction occurs, please discontinue the use of the product immediately. 

We encourage all of our clients to allergy patch test all of our products especially if they are using them for the first time. Even though we do not anticipate any adverse reaction if you are not sensitive or allergic to the listed ingredients; we recognize that every individual is different. We cannot guarantee you will not get a reaction. As such, we encourage our clients to always err on the side of caution since even high quality natural ingredients may cause sensitivity or irritation.

What are the health benefits of your products?

Please note that any content provided on our website, our social media, our blog and other materials is strictly for educational purposes only. The information provided is never meant to substitute the advice provided by your healthcare provider. Please always consult your trusted medical professional should you have any questions or concerns.

What is your order change and cancellation policy?

We work hard to get our small batch products to you as quickly as possible. As a result, once your order is submitted, we cannot accept cancellations or order changes.

What is your return policy?

Because of the nature of our high quality, handcrafted products that are produced in small batches, we cannot guarantee the purity of the merchandise once they have been shipped. For safety reasons, these products cannot be resold, as such, we are unable to accept returns.

Since we recognize that it might be difficult to order new products on line, we are starting to offer several of our products to be purchased in trial sizes so you can try them out before you commit to larger size.

We want to make sure that you have a positive experience while shopping with Rodina Botanicals. We want to hear from you if you are not satisfied with your recent purchase. We will do our best to work with you to remedy the situation.

What is your shipping policy?

Thank you for your support! We are grateful that you have chosen our products. Please allow 5  business days for your order to be processed by the Rodina Botanical team as we handcraft our products in small batches to meet the individual orders of our clients. 

In an effort to reduce our environmental footprint, we do not automatically include a packing slip or receipt with your order. Should you need one, please let us know and we will be happy to meet your request. We also use upcycled denim for some of the packaging. 

Please note that shipping times shown at checkout refer to actual transit time. Delivery times may be longer, something that is entirely out of our control.  

We cannot be held responsible for delays in transit, damaged items, lost or undelivered packages. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. Please contact us at the time when the order is placed if you wish to purchase insurance on your purchase. Please note that all carriers require us to provide a valid street address. We cannot ship to a P.O.Box..

We are currently able to ship within the continental United States of America.
